2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our Website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• You will use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. No User Login

EssayJabber does not require user registration or login. Communication, order placement, and delivery are handled via email, phone, or third-party chat systems (e.g., WhatsApp). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communication thread with us.

4. Order Process

To place an order, you may:

• Fill out a request form on the Website,

• Message us directly via provided contact channels,

• Or engage with our support team.

Once we agree on the scope, price, and deadline, you may proceed with the payment. EssayJabber begins work only after partial or full payment is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via secure third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer). Prices are agreed upon before work begins. We offer:

• 50% upfront payment, and

• 50% upon completion (unless stated otherwise).

All prices are quoted in USD, Euros and GBP.

6. Refund & Revision Policy

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If the work provided does not meet the agreed scope:

• You may request revisions within 14 days of delivery at no extra charge.

• Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Work is not delivered;

  • Delivery was late without prior agreement;

  • Content is proven to be plagiarized.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official email within 7 days of project completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered is custom-created for the client. However, EssayJabber retains ownership of materials until full payment is made. After payment, the client receives the right to use the material for academic guidance or personal use only.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display the content without our prior written permission.

8. Academic Integrity

By using our service, you agree:

• Not to submit our work as your own;

• To abide by your institution’s academic integrity policy;

In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
